Celebrity Halloween Costumes of 2022

Celebrity Halloween Costumes of 2022

Halloween is one of the most anticipated events for celebrities, especially when it comes down to deciding what to wear for the paparazzi photos, Instagram posts, and parties. Here are just some of the most popular celebrity Halloween costumes from this year and the stars who pulled them off.

The Kardashian-Jenner family costumes are highly anticipated among fans. Kim Kardashian went the superhero route this year and transformed into the X-Men character Mystique. Kylie Jenner was featured wearing several looks from the 1935 film, The Bride of Frankenstein, and Kendall Jenner embodied the animated character Jessie from the Pixar series Toy Story (Gariano).

As part of “Harryween,” Harry Styles’ Annual Costume Concert, Styles transformed into Danny Zuko, alongside his band, who dressed as different characters from the movie Grease. This year, Lizzo was pictured wearing multiple costumes throughout the weekend.  Lizzo’s most elaborate costume required her to cover her body in yellow paint and wear an enormous blue wig, embodying Marge Simpson from The Simpsons. Lizzo also dressed up as Miss Piggy from The Muppets, wearing a platinum blonde curled wig, bright purple eyeshadow, and a diamond necklace (Blisten).

Joe Jonas shared his Halloween costume on Instagram, deciding to take a comedic route to show his followers. The Jonas Brother dressed as Flo, the Progressive spokeswoman. Jonas wore a long-haired wig, blue headband, and name tag to complete the look.  Continuing the trend of comedic costumes, Cole Sprouse transformed into his Suite Life of Zack and Cody character with a twist.  Attached to the side of Sprouse’s head was a representation of his twin, Dylan Sprouse, paying tribute to the Disney Channel show they starred in together.

From the Bride of Frankenstein to Marge Simpson to Flo from Progressive, it is safe to say that celebrities truly outdid themselves this Halloween season. Their popular renditions of beloved characters created new favorite looks among many fans!
