Christmas desserts, everyone likes them but there is the usual Christmas crack or pumpkin pie but here are some more interesting desserts to spice up your holiday that you will be seeing on your Instagram feed and at the dessert table.
1. S’mores Chocolate Chip Sprinkle Cookies
These cookies look amazing when baking and eating and make for an interesting twist on the regular cookie. Here’s the breakdown:
Included in the bake are graham crackers, chocolate, a marshmallow, and then a slab of cookie dough on top, making sure the cookie dough is entirely covering the s’mores apart. Then simply bake at 350° for 15-18 minutes and let the cookies cool. You can then put your Christmas themed sprinkles onto the cookie or any other decoration you want. You will have a wonderful marshmallow chocolate graham cracker cookie with sprinkles. This will for sure make you the envy of all the Christmas party.

2. Rice Pudding with Caramel Drizzle and Whipped Cream
Rice Pudding is already a great dessert so why not add something new! Note that the recipe following does not have the caramel topping as a part of it but it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you add it. Here are some important facts to keep in mind when baking: Tempering your eggs is very important, as it makes sure that you do not have scrambled eggs. The recipe also says to add a sprinkle of cinnamon. You want to make sure that the cinnamon is mixed into the rice pudding and if you want, you can put a cinnamon stick to enhance the flavor. The Whipped Cream and Caramel Drizzle will also enhance the flavor and it adds a nice final touch.
