It’s the holiday season, a time for glad tidings and festive cheer. But Santa can’t be in charge of getting every gift, and sometimes it can be hard to find the perfect gift for someone. Here are some ideas for gifts that will bring joy to even the biggest scrooges.
1. Vinyls and CDs
Over the past year, vinyls and CDs have made a huge comeback in the now predominantly music streaming world. Many music enthusiasts love having a physical copy of their favorite album. Many artists have started to convert their songs onto records and CDs as many fans enthusiastically buy them. Vinyls come in a variety of colorful pressings and some even come in different shapes. Vinyls can be a little pricey when bought new, but they can be bought secondhand for a much cheaper price. Vinyls can be bought from the Spotify store, but I think that the best place to buy them is at a local record store. However, another problem with vinyls is that good record players are very expensive. While ‘suitcase’ record players are more affordable, these are known to damage your records. This is why another great option for physical music are CDs if records are a little out of your budget. Both CDs and CD players are more affordable and due to their smaller size, CDs are much more convenient to buy as a gift.
