Trippie Redd is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter from Canton, Ohio. His birth name was Michael Lamar White II. He is best known for his melodic, auto-tuned singing style and his unique blend of hip-hop, trap, and emo rap. He has released four studio albums, two mixtapes, and numerous singles since his debut in 2017. His lyrics often focus on topics such as heartbreak, depression, and drug use. He has collaborated with a variety of artists, including Travis Scott, Juice WRLD, and Lil Uzi Vert.

My take:

Back in 2018, Trippie Redd was arguably the artist/rapper I listened to the most. A Love Letter to You 3 was the album that led me to discover him. From then on, I followed his rap career and album drops. I find it crazy that right now he is only 23 years old.
